You don’t need to be ready to stop. You just need to be ready to talk. We’ll meet you where you are.
We understand that women face different challenges. You might be dealing with trauma, family pressures, or feeling like no one gets it. We do — and we’re here to help.
We offer:
- One-to-one support and group sessions
- A plan that fits your life
- Therapy and wellbeing help
- Detox and rehab options
- Support with next steps like work or training
Everything is private. You won’t be judged. We’ll work with you to make sure you feel safe and supported.
Your sexual health matters.
We offer free, private support for women, including those in the sex industry and the LGBTQ+ community.
We can help with:
- STI, HIV, and Hep C testing
- Free condoms
- Advice and counselling
- Questions about your body, safety, or relationships
You can talk to us about anything. We’ll listen, and we’ll help.
When you’re ready
Getting help is a brave step. It’s not selfish, it’s self-care.
You might not feel ready today, and that’s OK. Change takes time. Sometimes just holding on is enough.
